A Small Bathroom with a Big Impact
The apartment is coming together! As I have been settling into my new apartment I have realized how important it is to create a space that makes you happy. After I completed my bedroom, the bathroom was next on the to-do list. This was the room I probably disliked the most in my apartment but since I am renting I was limited to the changes I could make. To take the space to the next level I installed peel and stick wallpaper and it completely transformed the space! I used this wallpaper from Chasing Paper and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out. I watched a few tutorials from Nesting with Grace on how to install peel and stick wallpaper which was a huge help. I also ordered this wallpaper install kit off Amazon and I don't think you could do it without it. If I can install this wallpaper you can too, trust me!
The next thing I updated was the hardware. I purchased these super sleek black knobs and a new towel ring to replace the generic silver knobs that are always in a rental. Since those were the only major changes I could make, I relied on accessories to really jazz up the space.
I wanted to bathroom to have a bit of a coastal vibe I picked up a few accessories from local stores in Venice. If you follow me on Instagram you may have heard about the Aesop debacle. I wanted to get some Aesop products for the bathroom and I found out their soap and lotion duos were $125... I'm sorry, WHAT?? So instead I opted for this gorgeous lemongrass soap and lotion from Saje Wellness. Saje is where I get all of my essential oils and I just love their products.
I’ve linked all of the products below for you! As always, thanks for reading.
